Privacy policy

Plain-language summary of what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • Notify me: your email address, and the posts you choose to follow if you tick any (optional).
  • Request a post or topic: the text you type, and your email address only if you choose to give it.
  • Spam protection: when you send a form we save a scrambled code made from your internet (IP) address and the date, never the address itself. It changes every day, and we use it only to stop one visitor sending too many forms in an hour.
  • Visits: we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow you from site to site.
  • Google Analytics: counts visits and which pages are read. It uses cookies and sends your visit to Google, without your name or email. You can block it with a browser add-on, or by turning off cookies for this site.
  • Microsoft Clarity: records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, taps) so we can fix confusing parts. It uses cookies. What you type into a form, including your email, is hidden from it.

You do not need an account to read anything on ExamPak. We do not ask for your phone number, CNIC or address.

Why we collect it

  • To email you when FPSC publishes a new ad, confirms a test date, or when a post you follow changes. Nothing else, and no marketing.
  • To confirm your email address before we send alerts.
  • To decide which posts and topics to build next.

Who handles your data

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the sign-up and request records in a private database that only we can open.
  • Email: we are not sending emails yet. Before we send the first one, the email service we use will be named here.
  • The page fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page opens.
  • Google receives the visit data from Google Analytics.
  • Microsoft receives the usage recordings from Clarity.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Request texts are kept without your email unless you gave one.

Your choices

To unsubscribe, use the link in any email. To see or delete what we hold about you, write to hello@exampak.com from the address you signed up with, and we will do it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with its date.
